Return Window
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free from stains or odors, and in its original condition with tags and packaging where applicable.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Size Exchanges

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.
- Items must be free from stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage.
- Original tags and packaging should be included where applicable.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items with stains, odors, makeup marks, deodorant marks, or missing original condition
- Returns requested outside the 30-day return window
Exchanges
We understand that finding the right fit is important. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, we may offer an alternative option or process a refund for eligible returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees, if any, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. Rovelique is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address by the carrier.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the problem.
After reviewing your request, we will help arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to assist with your request.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process after delivery.
