Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply choose your preferred item, select the color and size, add it to your cart, and complete checkout with your shipping and payment details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods will be shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment is successfully completed.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery usually takes 8–12 business days after the order has been shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on eligible orders over $59. Promotional shipping offers may vary from time to time.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please also check your spam or junk folder.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
How do I start a return?
Please contact us by email before sending any item back. Include your order number and the reason for your return request.
Can I exchange for another size or color?
Exchanges may be available depending on stock. Please contact us with your order number and the size or color you would like to exchange for.
Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Are your items true to size?

Will the color look exactly like the photos?
